Our spray equipment repair service is designed to provide fast, transparent, and reliable support for contractors and professionals. Every unit begins with a flat $45 diagnostic and bench fee, which covers inspection, teardown, testing, and a complete repair quote. This fee is fully waived if you proceed with the repair. Labour is billed at $120 per hour, calculated in 15-minute increments, and all replacement parts are charged at standard retail pricing using only authorized OEM components to ensure performance and durability.

Most standard repairs are completed within 2–4 business days, while full rebuilds typically require 3–5 business days. For urgent jobs, a rush service option (+$40) is available, reducing turnaround time to approximately 24–48 hours depending on parts availability. For extended or full tear-down repairs, customers may access our loaner program, offering temporary units for 3–5 days, subject to availability. Loaner units must be returned clean; otherwise, a cleaning fee will apply.

Equipment brought in for repair must also be reasonably clean before inspection. A cleaning fee between $25 and $75 may be charged based on condition. Repairs can be dropped off directly at our shop located at 60 Head St #16, Dundas, L9H 3H7, or at partnered paint stores during scheduled weekly Wednesday pickups (with additional seasonal Saturday options). All pickups after service completion are handled in-shop only at the Dundas location.
