The SprayFix MDF Static Eliminator Kit is a Canadian-assembled finishing system built around the genuine Ionix WF200-2 static eliminator cartridge. Designed specifically for cabinet shops and wood finishers, this system neutralizes static created during sanding and blow-off so dust does not re-attach to MDF surfaces before priming and painting.

What this solves:

• Dust clinging to MDF faces and edges after blow-off
• Static re-attracting debris before primer/topcoat
• Excess denibbing and inter-coat sanding
• Fuzzy edges and trash in finish

Kit includes (SprayFix assembled):

• Ionix WF200-2 static eliminator cartridge (genuine)
• 25 ft 3/8” air hose

How it works:

Installed inline on your blow-off air, the Ionix core neutralizes static charge on MDF and wood surfaces so dust falls away instead of re-sticking—delivering cleaner panels and faster prep before coating.
